Christian Leadership Coaching

Leadership seems to be getting harder and harder.  People seem less willing to extend trust to others now.  Authority seems harder to come by.  There are no more heroes.  No one extends anyone much slack.  Leaders are expected to know more, do more, listen more, include others more, yet be strong and decisive - until they make a decision.  What do you think?

Leadership is about influence.  Christian leadership is about influence exercised for the love of Christ and for the love of all other human beings.  If a leader is attempting to influence others for any motive other than love for them - a love that derives from and points toward the leader's love for Christ - his/her leadership is not Christian.
